YRC Freight is the leading transporter of industrial, commercial, and retail goods throughout North America. Their Tacoma, WA terminal had outdated metal halide interior and exterior lighting that provided inadequate lighting levels and required frequent maintenance. US Energy Recovery designed and installed a LED solution that greatly increased the interior and exterior lighting levels while improving visibility, safety, and employee morale. The long-life expectancies of LED lighting eliminated their maintenance burden, allowing them to save both time and money.
