What You Will Be Doing:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have a passion for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with prospective customers. This primarily includes researching new leads, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and developing relationships.
• 5+ years of experience working within the Business Development Manager (BDM) role, Outside Sales role, or similar sales position.
• Significant successful experience in consultative selling including lead generation
• Strong sales background and an interest or experience in renewable energy sales
• Strong interpersonal skills that pursue and engage in business relationships with a variety of individuals and groups
• Highly motivated and proven track record of accomplishing sales activities and goals
• An energetic, self-starter who thrives working with a dynamic team
