$45,000 base, plus commission and bonus for compensation up to $125K if basic goals are met. $125k includes base, commission, and bonus

Role Expectations

  • Match clients needs with the products and services US Energy Recovery has to offer.
  • Present proposals to clients in a compelling and comprehensive manner.
  • Host video based meetings designed to inform and motivate potential clients.
  • Accept warm leads and initiate potential leads to produce sales.
  • Nurture existing clients relationships for client satisfaction and further growth.
  • Develop new business sales through targeting, prospecting and development of qualified opportunities within a geographic territory.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional solutions and services to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Lead the execution of strategic plans and initiatives in specific communities and develop long-term plans and processes to build a pipeline of winnable contracts.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key decision makers through a complex sales process.
  • Manage and lead the development of customer specific solutions.
  • Leverage resources within the company and collaborate with the project management team.
  • Represent the company in the marketplace and through various industry organizations and events.


• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in technical sales with a proven track record of managing complex solutions and sales.

• Client or customer service experience in a technical environment is preferred.

• Must be familiar with and proficient in G-Suite, Salesforce, and basic office technologies.

• Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)

• Work authorization: United States (Required)

• Required travel: 25% (Preferred)

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

• Customer Relationship Management: 1 year (Preferred)

• Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
