Account Executive

Position Overview

US Energy Recovery is growing quickly and so is our need to expand our sales team. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team.

U.S. Energy Recovery delivers innovative energy-saving technologies that empower companies to positively impact the environment and their bottom line. What You Will Be Doing:
The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and growing new/existing business relationships. This primarily includes maintaining account relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting new business opportunities, and presenting proposals.

Role Expectations

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, including re-establishing existing accounts that have gone dormant
  • Identifying and discovering customer needs as well as any upcoming projects
  • Successfully executing account strategies while implementing follow up sequences
  • Acquiring project documentation and facilitating the development of proposals
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, timelines, and requirements are being met on projects
  • Maintaining and updating all correspondences within our CRM (SalesForce) database
  • Staying up to date on US Energy Recovery’s value propositions to the market, changes within regulatory affairs, breakthroughs, and competitors to allow new markets and opportunities to be identified

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working within the Account Executive (AE) role or similar sales position.

• Strong interpersonal skills that pursue and engage in business relationships with a variety of individuals and groups

• Strong sales background and an interest or experience in renewable energy sales

• Highly motivated and proven track record of accomplishing sales activities and goals

• An energetic, self-starter who thrives working with a dynamic team
